Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacement / Exchange

We accept returns, replacements, or exchanges only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

• For replacement or exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery

• The product is unused and in its original packaging

All replacement or exchange requests are subject to approval by Pavitra Silver by SKArts1983..

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care

• Change of mind after purchase (unless required by applicable law)

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

4. Replacement / Exchange Policy

• If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, Pavitra Silver by SKArts1983

• May offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability

• Once a replacement or exchange is approved, the new item will be delivered within 3–5 working days to your registered address from the date of approval

5. Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed and delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of order
